Welcome to Ashirwad Co-Op Credit Society Ltd.
Ashirwad Co-op Credit Society Limited was established in the year 1992-1993 in the Mulund colony area in the Mumbai by Shri Bhiku Babu Salunkhe. The office of the Society was moved to bigger and self owned premises at Udyog Kshetra Industrial Estate in the Mulund Goregoan Link Road on 1995. Considering the welfare of the not so privileged section of the Ashirwad credit society management started its second branch in the Ghatkopar suburb society.
The Society started disbursement of loans mainly for procurement of new and old auto rickshaws and enabled lively hood for hundreds of its members. The Society progressed by opening two more branches in Govandi and Kurla-Sakinaka areas. A strong relationship developed among Board of Directors, employees and members, which lead to rapid progress of the Society. With the rapid progress, came several awards and recognition for the Society. In the year 2012, the Society was honored with the State Level "Sahakar Bhushan Puraskar 2012 " by the Government of Maharashtra. The membership of the Society as on 31st March 2025 have grown to 15454 from 407 on registration. The Society now has branches in Mulund, Ghatkopar, Chembur, Kurla (W), Kurla (E), Powai & Ghansoli catering to over 50000 customers.
